WORKSHOP
The ADHD-friendly design org
Making workplace shifts that are a win-win for everyone
January 29 from 4:30-6pm ET or January 30 from 9-10:30am ET
For designers with ADHD—and other neurodivergent people, too—the spread of WFH was a wake-up call. Away from the distractions and decorum of traditional office life, many people saw for the first time what it looked like to have a workday that blends productivity and peace-of-mind.
Now, we face a new era of workplace shifts—not just in where we work, but how we work and the amount of work we’re expected to juggle. And this increase in context-shifting and urgency is taking its toll on everyone.
So how might we apply lessons learned from ADHD-friendly work practices to better address everyone’s needs right now? That’s the question this workshop will answer.
Whether you have ADHD, work with people who do, or just want to make your workplace more inclusive, join Active Voice’s Jen Dionisio—who both has ADHD and is trained in coaching neurodiverse clients—for this interactive session. Together, we’ll unpack the challenges both groups are experiencing—and team up on ways to make work better for everyone, whether you’re requesting formal accommodations or not.
